What are the side effects of CBD?

Research indicates that negative side effects of CBD are rare and that it is highly unlikely that you will experience any serious harm by taking CBD. Some minor side effects of using CBD include including diarrhea, dry mouth, lightheadedness, fatigue, and changes in appetite and weight. In addition, according to the WHO report, there is no evidence that CBD use leads to abuse or dependence.

How frequently should I be using CBD?

That depends on the individual and their health goals and concerns. We recommend that you take it 3 times daily.

The World Health Organization (WHO) released a report stating there is no evidence that CBD use leads to abuse or dependence. CBD is well tolerated and safe with no serious side effects. Unlike other pain killers, CBD is completely non-addictive.

Are your products vegan?

What dosage should I be using?

Everybody system is different, and there’s no standard dose of CBD that works for everyone. Start with a low dosage and gradually increase until reaching the desired effect.

We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place to help preserve the potency of the oils and active ingredients. The average shelf life for our products is 2 years but for optimal freshness, we recommend using within the first 6-12 months of purchase.
